Standard Rooms
Our standard rooms are located in the tiny town of Fort Smith,
Montana where nothing is more than a half a block away. Comfortable
and private, these rooms are the perfect spot to relax and unwind
after a long day. All the amenities a fisherman needs to relax and
unwind.
Each room provides:
- Two or three Beds
- Satellite television
- Private bathroom
- Areas to remove and store waders and boots
- Mini refrigerator
- Coffee maker and coffee

One person $65 per night
Two people $75 per night
Three people $90 per night (three bed room)
 Fisherman's
Quarters
These two bed rooms are the same as the standard room above but
without the satellite television and there's a bit less room. The
rooms all have exterior entrances and a great furnished deck looking
west at the Pryor and Bighorn Mountains.

Two People $60 per night
The Cabins
Located in Fort Smith, each cabin has two bedrooms and a full kitchen
and living area. Comfortably sleeping five people makes this cabin
very efficient and convenient. All cooking and eating utensils are
provided to make this a self sufficient lodging option.

One to three people $175 per night
Over three people add $25 per person per night (maximum 5)
The Bluff House
"Dramatic" is often the only word needed to describe
this amazing rental property. A newly constructed 5,000 sq ft house
containing 5 bedrooms and 4 baths is perched at the tip of a peninsular
bluff that provides 360 degree views overlooking the entire Bighorn
River Valley. Enjoy views of the river from one of its five decks.
From the mouth of the Bighorn at it's beginning below the afterbay
all the way downstream as far as the eye can see. This is a truly
special place.
Just a mile outside of Fort Smith lies this isolated property and
offers:

- Several flat screen televisions with satellite programming
- Fully equipped kitchen with all cooking and eating utensils
